HAMBURGERS ITALIANO 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 tsp. salt dash of pepper 1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 small onion, sliced 1/8 tsp. leaf oregano, crushed 1 small clove garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup 1/4 c. water Combine beef, salt and pepper; shape into 4 hamburgers. Brown hamburgers along with mushrooms, onion, oregano and garlic in butter. Stir in soup and water. Cover; cook over low heat 15 minutes; stir often. Makes 4 servings.
