JIMMY'S HARBORSIDE SCALLOPS

2 lb. scallops
lemon
seasoned bread crumbs
garlic powder
margarine or butter
sherry wine or vermouth

Place scallops in cooking dish in small amount of melted
butter. Roll scallops over once. Sprinkle with a little
garlic and some bread crumbs. Add a little more melted butter
on each scallop. Place under broiler for 5 to 6 minutes until
brown. Shut oven off and let sit in oven for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle sherry or vermouth on scallops very lightly. Serve
with lemon wedges and sprinkle with parsley. Serves 3.
