BAKED SCALLOPS 1 lb. scallops (bay scallops or sea scallops) 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. parsley 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tsp. oregano Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put scallops in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle lemon juice on scallops. Combine butter, bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, garlic and oregano. Spoon over scallops. Bake for 20 minutes.
