LEMON BROILED FISH 1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 c. bread crumbs (5 slices of bread) 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 lb. fish fillets (fresh or frozen) Combine margarine and lemon juice in medium bowl. Combine bread crumbs, parsley and 1/4 lemon juice mixture. Add paprika to remaining lemon juice mixture. Dip fish into paprika mixture. Broil until fish flakes with fork. Top with bread crumb-lemon juice mixture. Return to broiler until heated through.
