GRILLED SWORDFISH 3 lb. swordfish 1/3 c. olive oil 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. sweet basil 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Have swordfish cut into 3/4-inch steaks. Place in bowl. Combine olive oil and lemon juice. Add all remaining spices to oil and lemon juice and mix. Pour over swordfish steaks. Marinate 5 minutes. Remove fish from marinade, barbecue about 10 minutes over moderately hot coals. Turn as needed, basting several times with marinade. Yield: 6 servings.
