MARINATED BEEF BRISKET 1 large beef brisket 8 oz. bottle soy sauce 1 can beef consomme soup 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke 1/4 c. lemon juice Marinate brisket in mixture of soy sauce, beef consomme soup, liquid smoke and lemon juice overnight. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour per pound of brisket. Usually takes about 7 or 8 hours.
