COUNTRY-STYLE CUBE STEAK 1 lb. cube steak 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 3 Tbsp. oil 1 medium chopped onion 1 medium green pepper, cut up 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. mustard 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 c. water 1 Tbsp. vinegar 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown in oil with onion and green pepper. Stir in brown sugar, mustard, catsup, water, vinegar and Worcestershire. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Serves 4.
