PLUM GLAZED PORK ROAST

4 to 6 lb. boneless pork roast
1 c. plum preserves
1 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 can (6 oz.) frozen
pineapple-orange juice
concentrate, thawed
1/4 c. soy sauce

Season pork. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 3 hours. Combine
preserves, concentrate, soy sauce, onion and garlic powders in
saucepan. Heat for 5 minutes. Brush over meat several times
during last 1/2 hour of cooking time. Serve remaining sauce
with meat.
