PEPPER STEAK

2 lb. round steak
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, cut in strips
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small can tomato sauce
1 to 2 c. water
salt
pepper
flour
2 to 3 sprinkles garlic powder

Salt and pepper steak; cut in serving pieces. Flour
meat and brown in Crisco. Add remaining ingredients and stir
well. Bring to boil; cut down to simmer and cover. Cook 1 1/2
hours. Delicious gravy.
