CHEESY MACARONI AND CHEESE 1/3 c. margarine 1/3 c. flour 2 c. milk 3 to 4 oz. Velveeta cheese 7 oz. macaroni salt and pepper to taste 1 c. grated American cheese Note: Cheese sauce can be used on broccoli and cauli- flower. In double boiler melt margarine and flour together. Add milk. Stir with wire whip until thick and smooth. Add cheese. Melt into the sauce. Boil macaroni until tender. Pour into Pyrex container. Mix with cheese sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in oven at 375 degrees until brown. Serves 8.
