PORK CHOP SUPPER FOR TWO 2 pork chops 1/3 c. regular rice 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 1 c. water 1 tsp. chicken bouillon 1/2 c. chopped apples 1 Tbsp. butter, melted 1 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. sliced apples Brown pork chops in pork fat and set aside. Cook rice and onion until golden. Stir in water and bouillon and bring to a boil. Stir in apples. Turn into a 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops on top. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Put sliced apples on pork dish, brush with brown sugar mixture and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes more.
