CHICKEN-SAUERKRAUT 6 chicken breasts (3 whole) 1 regular can sauerkraut Swiss cheese 1 c. Thousand Island dressing Split, bone and skin chicken breasts. Drain sauerkraut and squeeze very dry. (Don't use any juice). Slice cheese about 1/2-inch thick. Place chicken in flat baking dish, spread squeezed kraut evenly over chicken. Place a piece of cheese over chicken. Cover with dressing (Thousand Island). Bake 1 1/2 hours in 325 degrees oven uncovered.
