ROZ'S LEMON-LIME CHICKEN 3 1/2 lb. chicken breasts 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. lime juice 1/4 c. white wine 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, chopped dash of pepper and salt Wash chicken, pat dry. Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken in casserole dish. Refrigerate and marinate in covered dish 12 hours, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade and bake on greased pan in 325 degrees oven, skin side up for 1 hour, topping each breast with a pat of butter for browning.
