ONE POT SPAGHETTI SUPPER 1 lb. ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) uncooked spaghetti, broken 2 1/2 c. tomato juice 1 c. water Parmesan cheese Brown beef with onion and garlic. Add seasonings. Add spaghetti. Pour tomato juice and water over spaghetti. Cover and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Use heavy saucepan to cook in.
