TOFU ENTREE Tofu: 1 carton firm tofu, drained 1 egg, beaten oil Sauce: 1/2 c. soy sauce drop of sesame oil squeeze of lemon or lime juice ground sesame (optional) 1 stalk green onion, chopped Drain and pat tofu dry. Cut into small 1/2-inch cubes. Drop tofu in beaten egg. Heat oil in a pan (1/4-inch deep) and fry egg-dipped tofu. When lightly browned, place on paper towel to drain excess oil. Arrange fried tofu on a dish and pour the sauce over it.
