RICE-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 c. rice, cooked 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 small jar Cheez Whiz 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli 1 can cream of chicken soup Saute onions and celery. Cook rice and broccoli sepa- rately. Place rice in casserole dish and pour vegetables over rice. Heat soups and cheese together and pour over rice and vegetables. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
