CUBED STEAKS PARMESAN 1 egg dash of pepper 1/4 c. finely crushed saltine crackers 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 5 cubed steaks 2 Tbsp. cooking oil 1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce Beat together egg, pepper and 1 tablespoon water. Combine crumbs and 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Dip steaks in egg mixture, then in crumbs. In skillet brown the steaks in hot oil. In skillet brown the steaks in hot oil. Drain off fat. Pour in pizza sauce. Cover; reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes, adding a little water if necessary to keep the sauce from sticking. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons cheese.
