HAM AND SCALLOPED POTATO CASSEROLE (Leftover Dish) 7 or 8 medium potatoes leftover ham 1 c. milk 1 onion 2 Tbsp. flour Oven temperature is 350 degrees. Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Cut up leftover ham. Alternately arrange layers of ham and potatoes in a casserole dish. In a food processor, spin milk, onion and flour until onion is finely grated. Pour mixture over casserole and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
