EGG STRATA 1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls 1 lb. pork sausage 1 1/2 c. frozen hash browns, thawed 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese 5 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 c. milk 2 to 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste Spray bottom of pan with Pam. Press crescent rolls to cover bottom of pan, pinching the edges together. Brown sausage, drain and crumble on top of dough. Add remaining ingredients in order listed. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until eggs are set. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
