VEAL PICATA

4 veal cutlets or paper thin
slices
flour, salt and pepper
combined
oil or butter
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (wide)

Dust meat with flour and seasonings and quickly brown.
Add water to cover meat and add lemon juice and parsley. Cover
and cook until tender. Prepare noodles and, when cooked, put
veal over noodles. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley. You
can add white wine to skillet while cooking for extra flavor.
