CHICKEN CASSEROLE 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm croutons (blue package) 1 stick margarine 1 can mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 4 large chicken breast or whole chicken Stew chicken, reserve chicken broth. When cool to handle, remove chicken from bone. Melt margarine and stir in croutons. In large casserole layer of croutons then layer of chicken. Dilute mushroom soup with chicken broth and pour over croutons and chicken. Repeat layer of croutons and chicken. Dilute cream of chicken soup with broth, pour over croutons and chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
