EASY MAC' N CHEESE 1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup 1/2 c. milk 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 3 c. cooked elbow macaroni 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. French fried onions (optional) Blend milk, soup, mustard and salt. Stir in macaroni and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Take out of oven, add onions and the rest of the cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
