VEGETABLE AND STEAK STIR-FRY 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. ginger 3 Tbsp. oil 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. honey 1 tsp. cornstarch 3 c. thin sliced cabbage 1 lb. boneless beef round, cut thin slices 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced thin 1 medium onion, thin sliced 1 c. mung bean sprouts (or 3 oz.) Mix water, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch and ginger. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok or large skillet. Add meat. Cook until brown. Remove meat; add oil. Add cabbage, green pepper and onion. Cook 4 minutes. Add meat and bean sprouts. Add soy sauce mixture; stir good. Simmer for 5 minutes.
