SAUSAGE AND NOODLES 2 pkg. Polish sausage 1 lb. seashell noodles 4 Tbsp. (heaping) parsley flakes 1 Tbsp. (rounded) garlic powder 1/4 tsp. chili powder 2 oz. olive oil 2 cans chopped chilies (small) 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Cut and slice sausage in serving sizes. Heat in oven until golden brown and sizzling. Cook noodles until tender, drain. Simmer chilies in olive oil ten minutes; add remaining ingredients, except cheese, cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Mix noodles, sauce and cheese. Pour in large casserole dish. Top with sausage slices. Serve with salad and rolls.
