ITALIAN MEATLOAF

2 lb. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Kraft shredded
Mozzarella cheese

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, Parmesan
cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix. Put in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour drippings from meatloaf.
Combine tomato sauce and oregano and pour over meatloaf. Top
with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Continue baking 30 minutes.
