HOMESTYLE PORK FRIED RICE 4 qt. pan (recipe for 6 to 8 people or to have leftovers to warm up) 2 boxes of Rice-A-Roni (beef flavor) 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces, sliced 8 eggs pork (as much as you prefer) Drain can of mushrooms, put on paper towels to dry them as much as possible. Trim pork, take as much fat off as possible, fry until done. Make Rice-A-Roni as box says, but add mushrooms to it as you first start to make it. After you add the water as box says, add your cooked pork, let it finish cooking. While that is simmering, stir and cook the 8 eggs, scrambled style. When done, let sit until other has finished cooking. After it is done, add eggs to finished pan, stir eggs in and serve.
