SKILLET MACARONI AND BEEF 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 c. water 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Cook beef in skillet until redness is gone. Remove beef from skillet and in beef fat cook macaroni, onion and green pepper until macaroni is yellow. Return beef to skillet. Add seasonings, cover and simmer 25 minutes or until macaroni is cooked according to taste.
