MARY'S PIZZA Dough: 2 pkg. dry yeast 1 1/2 c. warm water 3 Tbsp. oil 4 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. salt 3 Tbsp. sugar Ingredients For 2 Pizzas: 2 cans mushrooms 2 cans Pasterelli pizza sauce 2 1/2 lb. Italian sausage 2 green peppers grated Parmesan cheese oregano salt 2 Searmoza Italian cheese corn meal Italian seasoning Put yeast in bowl and put water, stir, add oil and salt, stirring again. Then put in flour and mix good until dough is ready, cover the dough with dish cloth until dough rises. Put in the oven at 450 degrees. Rub pans with oil, sprinkle with cornmeal so pizza doesn't stick. Cut dough in 2 pieces and roll 1 until it spreads over the pan and roll edges over pan. Then put 1 can Pasterelli pizza sauce, then cut 1 green pepper in small pieces and put 1 can mushrooms all over. Put 1 1/4 pounds Italian sausage, cut in small pieces and put all over the pizza and then sprinkle over the top grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, Italian seasoning and salt, then cover the pizza with slices of 1 Scarmoza Italian cheese and put pizza in oven until brown.
