HAM-POTATO AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 3/4 lb. cooked ham, cut into small pieces 1 small onion, chopped fine 4 to 5 potatoes, thinly sliced 3 Tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. grated sharp cheese 1 c. milk 2 Tbsp. butter Layer half the ham, onion and potatoes in casserole; sprinkle with half the flour, salt, pepper and cheese. Repeat layers. Heat milk and butter together; pour over casserole. Bake 40 minutes. Uncover; bake until potatoes are tender, about 25 minutes longer.
