GRILLED TUNA 6 tuna steaks (1-inch thick) 2/3 c. olive oil 2/3 c. fresh lemon juice 2 cloves garlic 1/4 c. minced parsley 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper lemon wedges Put tuna in a flat pan. Put marinade of oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Turn occasionally. When the fire is hot, grill fish over hot coals for about 5 minutes on each side, brushing with sauce. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 6 servings.
