LEFTOVER HAM CASSEROLE

4 oz. noodles, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup,
undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. sour cream
2 c. leftover ham, cut up
1/4 c. bread crumbs, flavored
or plain
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart dish. Cook
noodles and drain. Combine soup and milk in saucepan until
smooth. Add onion, mustard and sour cream; stir. Add hot
noodles and ham. Toss with a fork. Put in baking dish. Mix
together butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole
and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 to 35 min-
utes. Makes about 6 servings.
