HAMBURG AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 1 small cabbage, shredded 1 lb. hamburg 1/2 c. onions 1/2 c. green peppers 3 Italian sweet sausage, cut up 1 c. rice 2 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes 1 can tomato soup Grease well a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place cabbage in bottom of pan. Cook hamburg with onions, green peppers and sausage. Cook until done. Cook rice and put over cabbage. Pour meat mixture over cabbage and rice. Mix stewed tomatoes and tomato soup; pour over casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
