INDONESIAN PORK 1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork roast salt and pepper 1 c. hot water 1/4 c. molasses 1/4 c. prepared mustard 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. orange marmalade 1/4 c. ground ginger Place metal rack or trivet in bottom of slow cooking pot. Sprinkle pork roast with salt and pepper; put on trivet in pot. Pour hot water around pork roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until done. Remove meat from pot. Place on broiler pan or ovenproof platter. Combine molasses, mustard, vinegar, marmalade and ginger. Brush over cooked pork. Brown in a 400 degrees oven for 30 minutes, brushing several times with sauce. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. Note: Use crock-pot for cooking.
