SMOKED SAUSAGE SKILLET DINNER 1 lb. smoked sausage 3/4 c. Minute rice 3/4 c. water 1 Tbsp. margarine 10 oz. pkg. broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup small pkg. Velveeta cheese 1 small can Green Giant mushrooms Chop sausage; add Minute rice, water and margarine. Bring to boil on medium heat. Simmer 5 minutes on low heat. Add broccoli, soup and mushrooms. Simmer 20 minutes. Place slices of Velveeta cheese on top and let melt. Ready to serve.
