SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM 2 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 6 c. potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly 2 c. milk, scalded 1 lb. precooked ham slice In small bowl stir together flour, salt and pepper. Cut the ham slice into bite size cubes. Arrange one third of the potato slices and ham cubes in lightly greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with one third of flour mixture. Repeat layers of potatoes, ham and flour mixture twice. Pour hot, scalded milk over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes until tender.
