WENDY'S CASSEROLE
(Can Be Made Ahead And Frozen Before Cooking)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia
cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. green pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Put egg noodles (boiled) into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch
casserole dish. Mix ingredients together (should be at room
temperature).
Spread cheese mixture over noodles. Brown ground beef,
chopped onions and green pepper in 1 tablespoon butter. Add
tomato sauce; simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour meat sauce over noodles; spread with cheese mixture. Bake
30 minutes if warm and 1 hour if cold. Serves 6 to 8.
