TURKEY CASSEROLE 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 3 c. chopped turkey or chicken 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen green peas 2 Tbsp. minced onion 1 stick margarine cornbread stuffing Mix 1 stick of butter and cornbread stuffing separately. Spread 1/2 of mixture in baking dish (13 x 9-inches). Mix together soup, milk, turkey, peas and onion. Spread on corn- bread mixture. Top with remaining cornbread stuffing and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
