LINDA'S VEGGIE BARS 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped 1/2 head broccoli, chopped 1 carrot, shredded 1 green pepper, chopped 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded shredded red cabbage (optional) chopped olives (optional) Vidalia onions (optional) Spray jelly roll pan with vegetable spray. Spread rolls in jelly roll pan and press edges to seal seams. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise until well blended. Spread like frosting on rolls after they are cool. Sprinkle cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, pepper (and optional choices) on top of press into cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese over all and chill. Cut into 1 x 3-inch pieces to serve.
