HAMBURGER GRAVY 1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 medium onion 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. cold water 1 c. milk Cook hamburger in pan. While cooking add onion, cooking until desired brownness. Drain off 1/2 drippings. To remain- ing add flour and salt and pepper to taste. When brown, turn down and add water; stirring constantly until bubbles. Add milk, stir until completely mixed.
