Remove pan from oven and spoon in beef drippings from roast beef, adding melted shortening if needed to make 1/2 cup. Increase oven tempera- ture to 450 degrees. Add drippings to heated pan and pour in Yorkshire Pudding batter. Bake 25 minutes. Cut pudding into squares to serve with roast.
