ITALIAN POLENTA
(Microwave)
1 qt. or 4 c. hot tap water
1 c. fine corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt

Put corn meal in a 2 quart bowl that is microwavable.
Add salt and the hot tap water and mix well. Turn oven on to
Full power and cook for 10 minutes, uncovered. Give casserole
one half turn halfway through cooking time. Continue cooking
until set time is finished. Serve with your favorite spaghetti
sauce. Enough for 2 or 3 servings.
