ROLLED DUMPLINGS 2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 Tbsp. Crisco Cut together. Add enough hot water to make dough roll like pie crust. Roll out. Sprinkle about 1/2 cup flour over dough. Roll again. Fold over. Flour and roll again. Repeat several times, using more flour each time. Cut into strips. Separate and drop into boiling liquid.
