UNSTUFFED CABBAGE CASSEROLE

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 medium cabbage, coarsely
chopped (approximately
3 c.)
1 can tomato soup
1 envelope dry onion soup
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. instant rice

Brown beef. Add cabbage, soup and water; cook for 10
minutes. Add instant rice; cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
