CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM WITH RICE CASSEROLE

4 chicken breast quarters
1 can cream of mushroom soup
milk
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 envelope onion soup mix

Remove skin from chicken; mix mushroom soup, 1 can of
milk and 1/2 onion soup mix together; mix 3/4 of this mixture
with rice in baking pan. Put chicken on top of this mixture;
pour rest of soup mixture over chicken and cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil. Stir rice under chick-
en. Put back in oven without the foil and bake 15 minutes.
