CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 4 slices bread, crust removed if desired 1 lb. crabmeat 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 4 eggs 2 c. milk salt to taste dash of black pepper dash of cayenne pepper Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Arrange bread to fit bottom and sides of greased casserole. Fill with crabmeat. Sprinkle cheese over the crabmeat. Beat eggs, add milk and seasonings. Pour over cheese and crabmeat. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 6.
