HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thaw and break apart 1 can cream of chicken soup 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 hours.
