ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE

1 large (or 2 small) sauteed
zucchini, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pt. spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese

Peel the zucchini, then cut in slices and saute in a little oil.
Try to press out the moisture, so dish will not be runny. Put the
slices between paper towels and press out water. Salt the zucchini
slices and let set for 1 hour. Drain and wash off salt. Cook ground
beef in skillet. Layer in this order: ground beef, zucchini, spaghet-
ti sauce and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
