SKILLET LASAGNA 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 c. cream style cottage cheese 4 oz. uncooked medium noodles 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1 tsp. salt 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated In 12-inch skillet, cook beef and onion; drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce and 1/2 spaghetti sauce mix. Spread cottage cheese over sauce; add a layer of noodles. Combine remaining spaghetti sauce mix, tomatoes and seasoning. Pour over noodles. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese. Cover to melt cheese. Makes 6 servings.
