SHEPHERD'S PIE

1 lb. hamburg
1 (No. 2) can creamed corn
4 or 5 medium potatoes
1 small onion
butter

Pare and cook potatoes in salted water. Mash and season
as for mashed potatoes. In meantime, cook hamburg with onion
in small amount of fat in frypan until brown. Season with salt
and pepper. Turn cooked hamburg into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Spread creamed corn over hamburg. Season corn. Top with
mashed potatoes and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40
minutes.
