CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 1 lb. ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup 1 c. (8 oz.) can drained, cooked or canned peas 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits 10 (1/2-inch) cubes American or Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In frypan brown ground beef with onion; drain excess fat. Add tomato soup, peas, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Separate biscuits. Place a cube of cheese in center of each and seal cheese inside. Place seam side down on casserole. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are no longer doughy. Whole kernel corn (canned) may be substituted for peas.
